These terms govern your use of thenaturespower.com and any order you place with Nature's Power. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

The shop

Nature's Power sells herbal and nutritional supplements and related wellness products for delivery in Pakistan. Product names, descriptions, and images are for information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise to treat any condition. Speak to a qualified health professional before using a supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Accounts

You are responsible for the details you give us and for keeping your password private. You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian place the order) to shop with us.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and shown on the product page at the time you order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if that happens. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it by email or begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to the address).

Payment — cash on delivery

Checkout is cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the packet is handed over. Please have the order total ready. If nobody is available to receive and pay for the packet after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order.

Shipping

We deliver nationwide in Pakistan. A delivery fee may apply and is shown at checkout before you place the order. Timing depends on your city and the courier; delays caused by weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses are outside our control. Please give a reachable phone number so the rider can call.

Cancellations, damage, and returns

You may cancel an order by emailing naturespower270@gmail.com before it is packed or handed to the courier. Because these are sealed wellness products:

• Please refuse the packet at the door if it is badly damaged or is the wrong order, and tell us the same day.
• Report missing items, damage, or a packing error within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where you can, so we can arrange a replacement or a refund of the amount paid.
• Opened or used products cannot normally be returned, except where they are defective or we sent the wrong item.

Our liability

Products must be used as labelled. We are not liable for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, or for how a product is used other than as directed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Pakistani law.

Intellectual property

The Nature's Power name, logo, product names, text, and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek relief elsewhere to protect our intellectual property.
